Job Responsibilities
1. Analysis and testing: Responsible for the company’s drug test sample literature review, sample analysis, analytical method development and verification, and complete relevant data analysis and test records to ensure scientific, effective, complete and traceable analytical methods;
2. Use instruments and equipment as required, and carry out corresponding cleaning and maintenance to ensure accurate and reliable experimental results;
3. Abnormal handling: carry out investigations on post abnormal events (deviations, OOS/OOT, complaints, etc.); take appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid the recurrence of abnormal events;
4. Registration audit: Cooperate with the process and registration of different clinical review and report processes to complete the analysis and research content; respond to official and customer audit inspections;
5. Document drafting and review: drafting and reviewing relevant sample analysis method verification plans and reports, stability studies, etc., reviewing relevant project quality research documents, quality standards and analysis methods;
6. Participate in the required training and professional knowledge learning on time, and continuously improve their professional and technical capabilities;
7. Complete other tasks arranged by the leader;
Qualifications
1. Major in drug analysis, solid and comprehensive theoretical knowledge base, rich experience in chemical drug projects and profound technical skills, and strong active learning ability;
2. Familiar with the relevant policies and regulations of drug R&D registration, national technical requirements for new drug review and review trends, have basic GMP knowledge, and be familiar with the writing of application materials;
3. Strong professional knowledge of drug analysis and good English reading and writing skills, able to independently consult and translate relevant literature;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, good communication and coordination skills, good professionalism, and pragmatic professionalism.

1. Responsible for the project development of the company’s API;
2. Responsible for the research and development of new drug products, participate in the whole process of project preliminary research, feasibility assessment, project research and development, to registration and application;
3. Responsible for the preparation of product development and product registration related materials;
4. Responsible for the collation of project research and development data, truthfully record, organize, summarize and analyze the research and development experimental data, and report to the superior on a regular basis;
5. Write and complete the standard operating procedures, instructions, research work summary, product development report, and verification procedures of the R&D project within the R&D plan time;
6. Responsible for the technical handover in the trial production of the company’s R&D projects, organize and archive technical data, and form corresponding process regulations;
7. Responsible for the improvement and optimization of R&D projects, and provide technical support and document support for other departments of the company;
8. Responsible for the progress of the project, the coordination of the team, to ensure that the project is completed as planned and to meet the required quality requirements.
Qualifications
1. Chemical engineering and technology, pharmaceutical engineering, pharmacy and other related majors,
2. Bachelor degree or above, graduate students need to combine the direction;
3. Basic English reading ability, familiar with GMP related knowledge, proficient in using test equipment;
4. Master the relevant knowledge of chemical and pharmaceutical product control analysis, inspection instruments, etc.;
5. With more than 1 year of R&D related experience, outstanding graduates can also be considered;
